Bread Making Classes on November 12th & 19th

For several years I have used one or more Saturday mornings in November to offer bread making classes.  These classes are limited to five participcnts so that everyone can get all the personal attention they need.  The class begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. and ends after a light lunch, at about 1:00 p.m.  In the interveaning period you will follow my lead in baking two loaves of Whole Wheat French bread, which you will take home for supper that evening.
